Breaking Through

Breaking Through, Part I
This is a highly-focused coaching environment that provides an opportunity for you to discover and redesign the underlying beliefs and assumptions from which you live your life.

In Breaking Through, Part I participants challenge their fixed and obsolete assumptions, and reveal blind spots. Then using the principles and practices presented in the workshop, a new map for success is constructed. As a result, you will open up new horizons for living and relating, and gain a foundation for fulfillment, freedom, accomplishment, and joy.

Breaking Through, Part II
This is a week-long, life-defining experience that gets to the heart of what matters in your life. Building upon the foundation gained in Breaking Through, Part I, you will be examining how your choices, actions, and participation influence your ability to create results with others.

Breaking Through, Part II is an interpersonal experience that focuses on commitment, responsibility, contribution and authenticity. Participants are empowered to realize their true value, coach others to extraordinary levels of accomplishment, and bring their attitudes and actions into alignment with what it is they wish to create in their lives. The breakthroughs gained in this workshop are vital to sustainable change.

Level 2 – Vision in Action

Vision in Action is a ninety-day, fast-paced leadership experience which
focuses on living from vision and intention, and empowering others to
have what truly matters to them.

Everyone completing this meaningful journey will have practiced and
demonstrated the thinking, attitude, and competencies that all high-
performance team members embody.

Schedule: Vision in Action begins two weeks after completing Breaking Through. Included in this program are weekly meetings and three (3) weekend training sessions:

Level 4 – Pathways to Mastery

In Pathways to Mastery, you will be pursuing a new level of competence,
consciousness, and satisfaction in your everyday life. By applying the
principles presented, participants will gain a clear and operational
understanding of personal context, universal laws, intentionality, and
one’s identity in the world. This three-month program includes two advanced level workshops, two guest speaker evenings, and weekly small
group meetings.

Part I
In this phase, participants are introduced to the fundamental elements
and practices of mastering one’s mind. Thought-provoking questions and
topics will be discussed with the intention of exploring and challenging
current realities.

Part II
The second phase takes participants on an adventurous journey beyond the fundamentals presented in Part I. New practices and principles of mastery are introduced and previous distinctions of mastery are further refined into three new domains: willingness, competence, and creation. As each participant moves through the process of integration, he or she will become empowered to produce extraordinary results, make clearer decisions, and experience freedom.

Tuition: Tuition for Pathways to Mastery is $1,650.

Leadership for Teens

Leadership for teens is designed to assist teens in achieving acceptance of self and others; freedom from peer-pressure; positive relationships; clarity on goals, commitments and choices; success in school; effective communication; joy and gratitude. This workshop will focus on developing contribution, authenticity, vision, commitment and responsibility for young people through experiential exercises

Teens from ages 14 through 18 are invited to participate in this workshop, which is designed just for teens!

Schedule: Begins August 14, 2008 and ends on August 17th:
Thursday 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Friday 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 10:00pm
Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm

Tuition: Tuition for Leadership for Teens is $550 ($250 for subsequent family members). Parents, who participate in Breaking Through in the months of June, July or August, will receive $100 off their teen's registration!
